	1. Is the AAUW International Fellowship fully funded?&nbsp; 

	The fellowship offers decent financial support for your education and living costs, as well as childcare and some travel for professional events. It covers a lot, but you may still have to pay for certain things, like trips home or equipment.

	2. Do I need an admission letter from a U.S. university before applying for the fellowship? 

	Nope, you don&rsquo;t need an acceptance letter when you apply. But you do need to have applied to an accredited U.S. school for the upcoming year and mention which one in your application. If you get the fellowship, you&rsquo;ll have to show proof of your acceptance later.

	3. Is IELTS/TOEFL mandatory for Pakistani applicants?

	Yes, you need to show you&rsquo;re good at English. You have to submit a score from TOEFL or IELTS unless you qualify for a waiver, like being a native speaker or having studied at an English-speaking school.

	4. Can I apply if I&rsquo;m already studying in the U.S. on a different visa?

	A4: Yes, you can apply if you&rsquo;re not a U.S. citizen or permanent resident, as long as you meet the other eligibility requirements and plan to return to your home country after finishing your studies.

	5. What is the GPA requirement? 

	You should have a degree that&rsquo;s equivalent to a U.S. bachelor&rsquo;s degree and a GPA of at least 3.5 on a 4.0 scale.

	6. What kind of commitment to women and girls is expected?

	AAUW wants to see that you&rsquo;re dedicated to helping women and girls in your community, whether that&rsquo;s through volunteering, leadership, or research on women&rsquo;s issues.

	7. Can I pursue an online degree program with this fellowship? 

	Usually, the fellowship focuses on traditional in-person degree programs. They typically don&rsquo;t fund distance learning or online degrees that rely a lot on online classes.

	8. What happens after I finish my studies with the fellowship?

	Recipients are expected to go back to Pakistan and use what they&#39;ve learned to help their communities and country. That&#39;s a big part of what the AAUW International Fellowships are all about.

	9. When will I hear back about my application?

	You can expect to get an email about your application status around April 15.
