	Singapore International Graduate Award Eligibility Criteria</h2>
<ul>
	<li>
		
			Only international students or non-Singaporeans are eligible to apply.
	</li>
	<li>
		
			The applicants must have completed a bachelor&rsquo;s or master&rsquo;s degree.
	</li>
	<li>
		
			Candidates must have outstanding academic background.&nbsp;
	</li>
	<li>
		
			The applicants must have good written and spoken English skills.
	</li>
	<li>
		
			English Language Certificate is not required at this stage.
	</li>
	<li>
		
			Candidates who have already completed tertiary education in Singapore are not eligible to apply.&nbsp;
	</li>
	<li>
		
			Candidates who want to apply for the PhD programs other than Biomedical Sciences, Computing &amp; Information Sciences, Engineering &amp; Technology and Physical Sciences fields are not eligible to apply.

	SINGA Scholarship Project Supervisors</h2>

	At the time of applying for SINGA 2024, interested applicants will be required to mention their preference for a supervisor. Candidates are advised to explore the SINGA research area to get more details about their research lab and supervisor. Candidates can choose a program and supervisor according to their preferences from the following links:&nbsp;
