For Pakistani citizens, the application opens in June and concludes around August 1st of each year. Here's an overview of the steps:

Check Eligibility: Use the eligibility checker on the Rhodes Trust's official website (rhodeshouse.ox.ac.uk) to ensure you meet all of the requirements for the Pakistan constituency.

Choose your Oxford course: Research and choose the postgraduate course(s) at the University of Oxford that you want to pursue. Make sure you meet Oxford's unique entry requirements for that course.

Prepare Required Documents:

A valid Pakistani CNIC or Passport.

Official Transcripts: Get these from all the universities and colleges you’ve been to, showing your grades so far. They need to be certified.

Matriculation and HSSC/A-Level Results: Certified copies of your school and college exam results.

Curriculum Vitae (CV): Keep it to two A4 pages, size 12 font. List your academic background, any publications, awards, scholarships, leadership roles, work experience, and extracurricular activities, such as volunteering or sports.

Personal Statement: Write an essay up to 1000 words discussing your motivations, goals, and how you match the Rhodes selection criteria.

Academic Statement: A short statement (max 350 words) about your academic interests and what you plan to study.

Reference Letters: You’ll need to register four referees online:

Three Academic Referees: People who can talk about your academic skills.

One Character Referee: Someone who can comment on your character and involvement in the community. Referees will send their letters directly to the Rhodes Trust.

A color photo of yourself (head-and-shoulders) in JPG format.

English Language Proficiency Scores (if needed): Provide IELTS or TOEFL scores if you're not exempt.

Fill out the Online Application: Go to the Rhodes scholarship website and complete the online application form. Make sure to provide all your personal information, upload the necessary documents, and list your referees.

Submit Your Application: Check that everything is filled out correctly and that all documents are uploaded before the deadline.

Interviews: If you're shortlisted, you'll get invited for an initial interview. Those who do well in this round will move on to a final interview with the selection committee.
