&nbsp;Harvard&nbsp;University has added another feather in its hat. It has topped a ranking of world universities published recently by a Shanghai college for the eighth consecutive year. This list is dominated by US universities and is sharply criticised in Europe.

In Asia, the University of Tokyo was the best rated in the Asia-Pacific region.

It is criticizing the fact that of the top 100 universities,&nbsp;US colleges&nbsp;account for 54 of them.
