Words are same but style and pronunciation is different.</p>

	You will find dozens of different accents in English. There are blacks that have different style of speaking then you will find Asians, Arabs, European and people from different countries all speaking in an accent of their own. It often causes miscommunication. It takes a lot of time just to get used to American accent and on top of that always communicating with different accents can be difficult. It may be fun in start but eventually you start to get irritated.</p>

America is not exactly how world thinks it is. A great proportion of people is illiterate and poor. America is the second most racist nation in the world next to only India. Every year many cases are reported of abuse and violence towards minority. Every foreigner living in this country has at least once faced racism.</p>

	It is important that foreigners also keep their anger in control at such times. If you also join in violence then get ready to be deported back to homeland. There is a great percentage of foreigner population in America still they face racism. Muslims are particularly targeted.</p>

If you have ever heard his speeches, you must know how he dislikes Muslims. It is not just Muslims, he is a racist who does hate speech on camera about all foreigners. Since the time he became president, he has tightened the visa and immigration policies. Even getting American students visa is not very easy anymore. He particularly hates Pakistan so they will be getting more attention by visa and immigration officials. As the situation is right now, it won&rsquo;t wrong to assume that there is hardly any future in America for Muslims and particularly Pakistanis.</p>

It is not that their doctors are not good. America probably has the most advance doctors and best research in medicine. According to some theorists, America is controlled some very powerful businessmen. Health care is something people have to do despite how expensive it gets. These businessmen are taking full advantage of this opportunity and earning as much as possible. Even with most expensive health care system, it is still the worst health care system in the world.</p>

It is definitely a problem for foreigners temporarily living America because they it takes time to get a car and road permit.</p>

The last option they are left with taking a loan. Most of the university/ college students in America are in debt. Students graduate with a huge load of debt on their head. It takes years after graduation to repay that debt. One doesn&rsquo;t always get the interest free loan. You can imagine how high debts escalate with interest in years. Unless you are rich filthy rich, this is definitely a problem a student will face.</p>
