	2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Joining candidates who obtain an extra <a href="https://www.ice.gov/sites/default/files/documents/Document/2014/stem-list.pdf">succeeding degree</a>&nbsp; from a recognized college or university can apply for a second STEM OPT extension.

	3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Joining students can use a previously-earned qualifying degree to apply for a STEM OPT extension.

	4.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Companies joining in STEM OPT must include an official preparation program that includes actual learning objectives with appropriate accuracy.

	5.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Companies and learners must report material variations in their training program.

	6.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Students are allowed a restricted period of joblessness throughout the early period of post-completion OPT and the STEM OPT extension.
