<p>
	You can now apply for the <strong>UNITAR Traineeship 2025</strong> in Switzerland! This is a paid internship in Geneva open to international students and recent grads. It&#39;s a great chance to gain some real-world experience and learn more about the United Nations. The traineeship lasts between <strong>4 to 6 months</strong> and takes place at the UNITAR headquarters. Trainees will receive a <strong>monthly stipend</strong> of 964 Euros (900 CHF) to help with transportation and other costs. Alongside a UNITAR officer, you&#39;ll work on creating things like social media content, flyers, designs, websites, and emails. There&#39;s no application fee, and anyone from anywhere can apply.</p>

	Responsibilities</h2>
<p>
	Here are some typical tasks for the trainee:</p>
<ul>
	<li>
		Help with the communication strategy for the Unit.</li>
	<li>
		Assist coworkers in creating communication materials like brochures, ads, emails, web design, and videos.</li>
	<li>
		Update website pages and landing pages.</li>
	<li>
		Handle the review and sharing of news articles or summaries about past and upcoming activities and programs.</li>
	<li>
		Create and keep track of plans to promote the Unit&rsquo;s training programs, events, and initiatives.</li>
	<li>
		Research specific topics and promotional opportunities.</li>
	<li>
		Find ways to connect with certain audiences, like student fairs, and manage details like budgets, timelines, and materials needed.</li>
	<li>
		Keep an eye on MDPU&rsquo;s LinkedIn Alumni Group and draft content for the Communication Team to review and approve, along with other info platforms.</li>
	<li>
		Edit and add subtitles to videos for UNITAR&rsquo;s social media, website, or courses using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or Canva.</li>
	<li>
		Take photos and shoot short videos at events and training.</li>
	<li>
		Manage mass email campaigns using Mailjet.</li>
</ul>

	<strong>Eligibility Criteria</strong></h2>
<ul>
	<li>
		<strong>Education:</strong> You should be enrolled in or have recently finished a bachelor&#39;s, master&#39;s, or other advanced program in communication, public relations, graphic design, video production/editing, marketing, international relations, or something similar.</li>
	<li>
		<strong>Skills:</strong>
		<ul>
			<li>
				Strong interest in communication and outreach initiatives.</li>
			<li>
				Ability to write clearly and concisely.</li>
			<li>
				Analytic and research skills</li>
			<li>
				Basic computer skills include online tools, word processing, and Excel, PowerPoint, and internet searches.</li>
			<li>
				Ability to work both jointly and independently.</li>
		</ul>
	</li>
	<li>
		<strong>Extra skills</strong>: Knowing graphic design and tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing, Canva, Trello or Hootsuite, and Notion can really help.</li>
	<li>
		<strong>Languages</strong>: You need to be good at speaking and writing in English. Knowing other UN languages, especially French, is a plus.</li>
