	Who Can Apply?</h2>
<p>
	To apply, you need to:</p>

		Be a citizen from a country on the OECD/DAC list, but not China.</li>
	<li>
		Live outside Japan when you apply.</li>
	<li>
		Be a student or have graduated within the last 3 years.</li>
	<li>
		Speak good English (knowing Japanese isn&rsquo;t necessary).</li>
	<li>
		Be available for the whole program.</li>
	<li>
		Meet the specific requirements of the host company.</li>
