	Hey there! If you&#39;re between 21 and 27 and really want to make a difference in your community in Pakistan, this is your moment!</p>
<p>
	The Community Engagement Exchange (CEE) Program 2026 is open for applications, and guess what? It&#39;s fully funded! This awesome opportunity is happening in the U.S. and is meant for young leaders like you from all over the world, including Pakistan.</p>
<h2>
	What is the CEE Program?</h2>
<p>
	The Community Engagement Exchange (CEE) is a year-long program focused on leadership development, with a three-month practicum in the U.S. Participants work alongside American civil society organizations, improve their leadership skills, and come up with creative projects to take back to their home countries.</p>
<p>
	Put together by IREX and funded by the U.S. Department of State, this program supports upcoming leaders in addressing important issues like:</p>

		Peacebuilding</li>

	Benefits of Community Engagement Exchange Program</h2>
<ul>
	<li>
		The program offers support for J-1 participants.&nbsp;</li>
	<li>
		Participants will get a monthly stipend to help with living costs, meals, and housing.&nbsp;</li>
	<li>
		There&rsquo;s a grant for round-trip travel from their home country to the USA.&nbsp;</li>
	<li>
		Medical insurance for participants will be taken care of.</li>
</ul>

	Eligibility Criteria</h2>
<ul>
	<li>
		Candidates need to live and work in their home countries.</li>
	<li>
		You should be between 21 and 27 years old.</li>
	<li>
		You need at least two years of work or volunteer experience when you apply.</li>
	<li>
		If you have refugee status, you&#39;ll be representing your home community.</li>
	<li>
		You must be good at speaking and understanding English.</li>
	<li>
		You should be able to stay in the U.S. for three months.</li>
	<li>
		Candidates need to promise to return and help their own communities for at least two years.</li>
