	The <strong>IUCN World Conservation Congress</strong> is a major international event that influences conservation policies and activities. It enables governments, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and Indigenous communities, corporations, and youth leaders to interact and generate actionable solutions for a sustainable future. The Congress is made up of two parts: the Members&#39; Assembly, which makes important decisions, and the Forum, which hosts discussions, workshops, and networking activities.</p>

	Although the formal eligibility criteria for the 2025 Changemakers program have not yet been established, prior IUCN programs have traditionally required applicants to:</p>
<ul>

		Age range: 18 to 35 years.</li>
	<li>
		Have a successful track record in environmental conservation, biodiversity protection, climate change mitigation, or sustainable development.</li>
	<li>
		Be actively working on novel solutions that include nature-based ways to address global issues.</li>
	<li>
		Showcase leadership abilities and a dedication to beneficial environmental effect.</li>
	<li>
		Be fluent in English (other language abilities may be useful but are not essential).</li>
</ul>
