	This program is open to individuals who match the following criteria:</p>

		<strong>Age</strong>: 18 to 28 years old.</li>

		<strong>Educational Background</strong>: Applicants must be presently enrolled or have just graduated from a tertiary education institution in a STEM-related subject.</li>

		<strong>Language Proficiency</strong>: English is essential.</li>
	<li>
		<strong>Passion for Digital Development</strong>: Candidates should be interested in leading community-driven technology projects that promote digital inclusion and innovation.</li>

	<strong>Program Benefits</strong></h2>

		<strong>Fully funded trip to Geneva:</strong> Selected participants will attend the Global Development Week in Geneva, Switzerland, in July 2025.</li>
	<li>
		<strong>Project Funding:</strong> Each of the 30 selected fellows will get a $5,000 USD grant to help launch their digital development initiatives. The most impactful efforts may be awarded an extra $5,000 USD for future expansion.</li>
	<li>
		Fellows will enjoy exclusive <strong>mentorship and training opportunities</strong>, including virtual training sessions offered by industry professionals from ITU and Huawei.</li>
	<li>
		<strong>Global Networking</strong>: Connect with like-minded young leaders, policymakers, and industry experts from all over the world.</li>
