	Eligibility Criteria</h2>

	Applicants must:

			Be at least 18 years old.
	</li>
	<li>
		
			Be enrolled full-time in a university in the United States or its territories.
	</li>
	<li>
		
			Be undocumented, DACAmented, refugees, or first-generation students from low socioeconomic backgrounds.

			Have a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0.
	</li>
	<li>
		
			Be committed to pursuing a PhD in engineering.
	</li>
	<li>
		
			Have completed at least two semesters or three quarters of their undergraduate program.
	</li>

			Have one full semester remaining after the fellowship.
	</li>
	<li>
		
			Not be enrolled in any summer courses, internships, or employment during the program.
