			The USTC fellowships have two levels for undergraduate and Master&rsquo;s program, Level A and Level B, each offering different benefits and financial support. And USTC Fellowship for doctoral programs has three levels A, B and C level.&nbsp;&nbsp;

					&nbsp;A and B Level subsidy is funded by the Ministry of Education (Chinese Government Scholarship) or USTC, that includes tuition waiver, Comprehensive Medical Insurance, monthly stipend and accommodation.

					C level Subsidy includes Teaching assistant or Research assistance (For Doctorate level program).&nbsp;
			</li>

			Scholarship recipients will not have to pay tuition fees, which will significantly lessen the financial burden of their academic endeavors.

			Students can benefit from either by availing free university dormitory accommodation or receiving an accommodation subsidy to assist with their housing expenses. As a result, this option gives students freedom in choosing their living situation.

	USTC Fellowship Program Eligibility Criteria&nbsp;</h2>

	To apply for China&#39;s University of Science and technology college (USTC) fellowship program you must meet the eligibility criteria given below. The requirements for admission as an international student at USTC must be met by all applicants.

			Applicants must be foreign nationals/non-Chinese citizens with a valid passport and good physical and mental health.&nbsp;
	</li>
	<li>
		
			For bachelor&rsquo;s programs, all candidates must have a high school/ intermediate certification.
	</li>
	<li>
		
			To apply for master&rsquo;s program applicants must have a bachelor&rsquo;s degree equivalent to the Chinese educational standard. .
	</li>
	<li>
		
			Similarly, for the PhD or doctoral program applicants must hold a master&rsquo;s degree that meets the Chinese equivalency criteria.
	</li>
	<li>
		
			In addition to applying&nbsp;for programs in the Chinese language, applicants must have achieved a minimum of HSK Level 4 or higher. Meanwhile, for programs taught in English, applicants must provide proof of their English language competence.
	</li>
	<li>
		
			Those candidates who anticipate completing their degrees should provide a Pre-graduation Certificate as an assurance of their intent to finish their studies and earn their degree by July 2024.
	</li>
	<li>
		
			Applicants who are applying for bachelor&rsquo;s programs should be under the age of 30, while applicants for master&rsquo;s programs should be under the age of 40 as of 1 September 2024.
	</li>
	<li>
		
			However, Candidates applying for doctoral programs should not be more than 45 years of age by the same date.

	USTC Fellowships 2025 Required Documents</h2>

	The required documents which you need to submit to apply for USTC China fellowship program are mentioned below&nbsp;

			A copy of a valid Passport (valid for at least one year)

			Candidates updated Curriculum Vitae (CV)
	</li>
	<li>
		
			A detailed study or research proposal (with minimum 800 words) for Masters and Doctorate program.&nbsp;

			Two recommendation letters from professors (with contact information)
	</li>
	<li>
		
			The form for the foreigner physical examination which is accessible on the official website.

			Documentation and <a href="https://www.studyabroad.pk/test-preparation/" target="_blank">proof of Language Proficiency</a> such as (TOEFL, HSK, or IELTS) or equivalent for programs taught in Chinese or English

			Candidates who are under 18 by Sept. 1st, 2024 , must submit a Guardian Statement . For the duration of the applicant&#39;s studies at USTC, the guardian must reside in China.

	Candidates can submit simultaneous applications for one level or two levels. The comprehensive elevation of the applicant will determine the fellowship level that USTC will award. A single scholarship can only be awarded to each candidate.
