<p><strong>Islamabad:  Different people having a variety of skills, possessing diverse qualities and  bearing multiple specialties join their hands at a single platform, with a  common vision ahead and formulates a TEAM.</strong>\</p>
<p>  Like a building stands on its pillars, a team,  similarly, depends on its members entirely. No matter whether the role is  dynamic, large enough or an ordinary one, it is nonetheless always significant.  This effective group of people, which we refer to as a TEAM, starts looking and  working for standards that have never been set before. The aspiration to  achieve something &lsquo;big&rsquo; keeps them motivated.</p>

<p>  To cast its appearance at such a big stage,  TEAM PNEC-NUST, like all other teams, keeps gearing up itself to reach novel  and greater heights every year. The team is highly motivated to give its finest  performance in the upcoming event too. We have planned various activities to  improve our team work and efforts for the betterment of this project. Last  week, we attended a session by Mr. Amin Nassarullah Khan on &ldquo;Leadership and  Team Building&rdquo;. Several important areas were being discussed and highlighted  which unfolded several new aspects of a team and its members. We now plan and  wish to implement them during our journey of SEM Asia 2014.</p>
<p>  In a nutshell, I would like to say that we do  realize the fact that a car would remain incomplete without a chassis, engine,  brakes, horns, tyres and so on. Similarly, TEAM PNEC-NUST would collapse if  each one of us does not play his or her roles honestly. It is our hard work  that would make us reach our ultimate target and bring laurels to our country  and institute. </p>
