The visit of these 28 representatives from US universities to Roots Millennium College (RMC) in Karachi was organized by United States Educational Foundation Pakistan (USEFP) and EdProgrammes. The US representatives shortly explained the college about study abroad and <a href="https://www.studyabroad.pk/scholarships/" target="_blank">scholarship</a> opportunities.

	The event was attended by a large number of RMC students and their parents. The students asked questions to US representatives regarding <a href="https://www.studyabroad.pk/guides/study-in-usa" target="_blank">studying in USA</a>, student life, accommodation in USA, scholarship programmes, courses, <a href="https://www.studyabroad.pk/guides/" target="_blank">visa requirements</a> and college fee expenditures. The event proved to be very informative for students and their parents; they got to learn completely about studying opportunities in USA.

	This event has made a significant advancement in bringing first hand information about studying in USA to students in their own college. Roots Millennium College (RMC) is a part of Pakistan&rsquo;s third largest educational group ; The Millennium Education.

	About Roots Millennium College (RMC)</h3>

	Roots Millennium College is a project of Roots Millennium Schools (RMS).It has been working as an private organization for 30 years. These groups of schools and colleges have affiliation with HEC and many international educational institutes. RMS has campuses in 20 major cities of Pakistan. 	HEC Organized First Graduation Ceremony Of Somalian Students</h3>

	The occasion was attended by HEC, Chairman Dr. Tariq Banuri ( as chief guest), former National Security Adviser Lieutenant General Nasir Khan Janjua (r) and Khadija Mohamed Almakhzoumi, Ambassador of Somalia. These Somalian graduates were studying under fully government funded scholarships announced under Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) program by Pakistan Government.

	The Somalian Ambassador appreciated the HEC and Pakistan Government for these scholarships. She further said that currently, 1500 Somalian students are studying in different Universities of Pakistan. And those Somalian students who have graduated from Pakistani Universities are serving back in their country.
