	In today&rsquo;s ever-changing world, cultural differences and political tensions can clash a lot. It&rsquo;s more important than ever to promote peace and understanding. The youth now are not just the future; they&rsquo;re making a difference right now. That&rsquo;s why UNESCO has started an initiative called the Youth for Peace: Intercultural Leadership Programme. This isn&rsquo;t just about training; it&rsquo;s about real change.</p>

	<strong>Program Offers</strong></h2>
<p>
	During the program, participants will take part in training that focuses on building skills, which includes:</p>
<h2>
	1. Training</h2>
<ul>
	<li>
		Online Workshops: These sessions will help participants gain the knowledge and skills needed to lead in different cultures and manage projects in their own communities.</li>
	<li>
		Ongoing Learning &amp;amp; Exchange: Continued training will assist participants in sharpening their skills and knowledge for their community projects.</li>
	<li>
		Learning and Mentorship: Each participant will get personalized coaching to help them carry out their projects.</li>
</ul>

	2. Financial Grants</h2>
<p>
	Following the initial workshop, participants will discuss their project plans. If approved, they&rsquo;ll receive a $10,000 grant to help implement their projects, along with ongoing support and mentorship.</p>
<h2>
	3. Global Networking</h2>
<p>
	The program also includes a chance to join the in-person UNESCO Global Leaders Dialogue for Peace in Guangzhou, China. Here, you&rsquo;ll present your projects and engage in discussions with influential leaders.</p>
<h2>
	Who can apply?</h2>
<p>
	To apply, you need to:</p>
<ul>
	<li>
		Be between 25 and 45 years old on September 1, 2025.</li>
	<li>
		Demonstrate leadership experience in your field.</li>
	<li>
		Care about intercultural dialogue and making a social impact.</li>
	<li>
		Demonstrate the ability to impact and promote change in your community.</li>
	<li>
		Be free to take part in all parts of the program.</li>
</ul>
<p>
	For community-led projects, they should:</p>
<ul>
	<li>
		Match the theme: &lsquo;<strong>learning to Collaborate for a Shared Future: Using dialogue to foster social cohesion in a world on the move.</strong>&rsquo;</li>
	<li>
		Be doable within six months.</li>
	<li>
		Focus on local or national issues.</li>
</ul>
