	Eligibility Criteria</h2>
<p>
	Here&rsquo;s what you need to apply:</p>
<ul>
	<li>
		You must be a citizen of a UNESCO Member State that&#39;s part of the program, which includes countries from Africa, Asia, the Pacific, Latin America, the Caribbean, and Arab States.</li>
	<li>
		A Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or something similar in a related field is required.</li>
	<li>
		Being under 35 is a plus.</li>
	<li>
		Good English skills are important, but you don&rsquo;t need to have an official test.</li>
</ul>
