<p>
	The United States Educational Foundation in Pakistan (USEFP) is inviting mid-career professionals from Pakistan to apply for the <strong>Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Competition program 2024</strong>. It is an excellent professional development <a href="https://www.studyabroad.pk/guides/study-in-usa" target="_blank">opportunity for Pakistanis in the USA</a>. Pakistani candidates will be able to participate in academic coursework of their choice and receive an internship in relevant professional organizations in the United States through this one-year graduate level non-degree program. Through a competitive process, 18 campuses have been chosen to host future leaders in groups with thematic and subject affinities. The selection process for each university is based on its institutional resources as well as the level of academic and administrative support it provides. Candidates will also get assisted by faculty advisers in balancing academic and professional programs. After completing their program, each participant is required to immediately return to Pakistan.</p>

					Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program Eligibility Criteria</h2>

							Must be a Pakistani citizen.&nbsp;</p>

							Total 16 years of education (four years bachelor&#39;s degree or two years for a bachelor&#39;s degree and a master&#39;s degree)</p>

							Minimum 5 years of professional work experience.&nbsp;</p>

							A candidate must be fluent in spoken and written English, must be proved through duolingo English test score report.&nbsp;</p>

						Who Are Ineligible To Apply For US Fellowship</h2>

								University teachers and researchers with no management experience or similar responsibilities are ineligible to apply.&nbsp;</p>
						</li>
						<li>
							<p>
								Those who attended graduate school in the United States in the last seven years, or those who have had long-term experience in the United States within the last five years will not be considered for this program.&nbsp;</p>
						</li>
						<li>
							<p>
								Persons who hold dual citizenship from Pakistan and the United States or who have a parent, spouse, fianc&eacute;, or child over the age of 18 who is a citizen or permanent resident of the United States are also ineligible.&nbsp;</p>

								The workers or employs of U.S. Department of State and the Fulbright organization are also ineligible.</p>
