Description

Russia launched a military operation in Ukraine in February 2022, sending a clear message to the world about Russia's opposition to NATO expanding against Russia and Ukraine's plans to join NATO in the future. The war is wreaking havoc on humanity and is likely to have long-term effects on Ukraine’s economy, education system, and international trade. Millions of people have been displaced as a result of Russia's war on Ukraine, which has shattered global geopolitics and economics too.

After World War II, Russia was not directly involved in any major conflict. The United States viewed Russia as an imminent threat to its sacredness before Russia invaded Ukraine. The involvement of major powers in this conflict will undoubtedly have an impact on international security.

Universities In Ukraine For International Students

The conflict has taken a horrific toll on civilians in Ukraine, families are unable to meet even the most fundamental needs, including education. According to the Education Ministry of Ukraine, more than 1,800 schools and universities have been damaged or destroyed since Russia's invasion on February 24. Numerous schools have been shelled and bombed by Russian forces. On both sides, Schools have been used as military bases and weapons storage facilities.

All Russian Universities

Ukraine War And International Students

Due to Russia’s invasion, over 25,000 educators and nearly 665,000 students fled or took refuge in the neighboring countries, some of those students were so close to graduation. This displacement of students and educators had a significant effect on Ukraine’s educational system. Children from Ukraine who have been displaced inside Ukraine or have fled to neighboring nations need every opportunity to continue their education, possibly in different ways; in schools, online, or through catch-up or continued classes. Keeping students engaged and enabling them to complete their ongoing academic year are the current urgent needs.

Online Studies Ukraine

Schools and universities after Russia’s invasion were closed for some time, but around 86% of schools in Ukraine have officially resumed delivering classes through the online education system. Thousands of students have re-enrolled into schools and universities at the temporary safe residences in Ukraine, especially in Lviv Oblast.

The Online School e-platform for distance and blended learning was established to guarantee access to learning materials and curriculum for both students (inside and outside of Ukraine). Although there is not much online learning content for young children and student-teacher interaction is not that frequent, the teachers and Ukraine’s education ministry are trying their best.

Study Free In Russia A Step By Step Ultimate Guide
