	Eligibility Criteria</h2>

	Students have to fulfill the following eligibility criteria</p>

		Scholarships are available for both domestic and international students.</li>
	<li>
		Scholarships are for masters and PhD degrees, so the applicant that are applying for master must have bachelor&rsquo;s degree and those who are applying for PhD program must hold a master&rsquo;s degree &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

		GPA not be less than 3.0 to win scholarship &nbsp;</li>
	<li>
		Documents Required For Application</li>
	<li>
		To submit application student have to arrange these listed documents</li>

		Scanned copy of passport</li>
	<li>
		Scanned copy of educational transcripts</li>
	<li>
		CV</li>
	<li>
		One recommendation letter (must be written by applicant&rsquo;s teacher who area able to evaluate applicant&rsquo;s academic performance)</li>

		A study or research plan in English (minimum 800 words)</li>

		Published academic papers and academic achievements (optional)</li>
