	The first step towards obtaining a study visa for Russia is getting a student invitation form from Immigration Office. Universities take care of this process and apply for the form on the student&rsquo;s behalf. It takes about 2 to 6 weeks to get the form ready after the submission of all the required documents. Then, the university forwards it to students via post or fax.
