	Admission</h2>
<p>
	It is more competitive to get admission in USA medical universities, as there is only 10- 15% ratio of selection of students for MD by each university. Students with excellent education background can apply for MD studies in USA. There are two ways to get admission in USA medical universities.</p>
<h2>
	Method- 1</h2>
<ul>
	<li>
		Those students who have done intermediate and want to pursue medicinal course from USA</li>
	<li>
		Will start a bachelor degree (pre medicine course) from USA University</li>
	<li>
		Duration of this degree is 4 years and total duration of MD will be 7- 8 year</li>
</ul>
<h3>
	Eligibility Criteria</h3>
<ul>
	<li>
		Must hold an intermediate certificate with at least 90% marks</li>
	<li>
		Must have 500+ marks in MCAT</li>
	<li>
		Be prepared for CASPer test (it is designed to examine several different personality traits. This isn&rsquo;t a test that&rsquo;s built around cognitive skills. Rather,&nbsp;it&rsquo;s about measuring your professionalism, morality, communication skills, and empathy)</li>
	<li>
		Must have English language proficiency certificate IELTS with 7 bands and TOFEL with 100-105 scores</li>
</ul>

	Method- 2</h2>
<ul>
	<li>
		Those students who have done graduation from their home country and want to pursue MD course from USA medical university</li>
	<li>
		Will start a MD degree from USA University</li>
	<li>
		Duration of this degree is 3-4 years</li>
</ul>
<h3>
	Eligibility Criteria</h3>
<ul>
	<li>
		Must hold a graduation degree in science subjects especially biology with 90% marks (3.8 GPA)</li>
	<li>
		Must hold a intermediate certificate with at least 90% marks</li>
	<li>
		Have to clear the ECA exam (Education Credential Assessment) for MD admission</li>
	<li>
		Must have 500+ marks in MCAT</li>
	<li>

	Application Process</h2>
<p>
	Students have to follow the following process for application</p>
<ul>
	<li>
		Applications for admission are accepted through a special USA online portal called Association of American Medical colleges (AAMC)</li>
	<li>
		Go to the AAMC portal</li>
	<li>
		AMCAS (American Medical colleges Application System) application system is followed by AAMC</li>
	<li>
		Pay the first time log in fee of 1755 US$ on this application portal</li>
	<li>
		For each medical university, student have to pay separate 45 US$ application fee &nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
	<li>
		AAMC open AMCAS application portal in May each year and have 4-5 month period for completion of application</li>
	<li>
		This system require step by step uploading of all required educational documents</li>
	<li>
		After completion of application, short listed students will be called for screen interview</li>
	<li>
		After selection they will get an offer letter from university</li>
</ul>

	Intakes For MD In USA</h2>
<p>
	AAMC open AMCAS application portal in May each year and have 4-5 month period for completion of application. Intakes start from January to onward.&nbsp;</p>
